Over the years, Summit CD Manufacture Pte Ltd has grown from a 10-man team to become a one-stop manufacturing service provider of compact discs (CD) and digital versatile discs (DVD) for the Audio, Video, Multimedia and IT industries. With state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in Singapore (HQ), Australia, China and Indonesia, Summit CD's clients include prominent companies in the Leisure, Entertainment and Software industries.

Summit CD Manufacture Pte Ltd (SCD) was acquired to import and export blank and pre-recorded audio cassette tapes. |

SCD successfully attained ISO 9002 Certification for achieving International Quality Standards. |

Extra factory unit at Citipoint Industrial Complex was acquired as operations expanded to include slitting pre-coated tapes into pancakes. |

SCD expanded into DVD replication. SCD started the provision of warehousing and distribution services. |

An additional factory unit was acquired as operational expanded. |

SCD became the 1st South-East Asian CD/DVD replication plant to be certified by the International Recording Media Association (IRMA) for its Anti-Piracy Compliance Program (APCP). SCD attained the successful migration to ISO 9001:2000 status. |

The Company diversified into CD manufacturing. Our customer base grew to include major record companies like BMG, EMI, Polygram, Ponycanyon, Sony and Warner. Business expanded internationally to include countries such as Australia, India, Thailand, and in the Middle East. |

SCD becomes the 1st CD/DVD manufacturing plant in South-East Asia to acquire the latest SADIE SERIES 5 and Cedar Audio Restoration System. SCD established office in Tokyo, Japan through IE Singapore. |

SCD acquired another factory unit, A screen-printing machine, an additional replication line, a mastering system and a fully automated packaging machine were installed. |

SCD successfully obtains re-certification from IRMA for its Anti-Piracy Compliance Program. SCD increased DVD production capacity by acquiring additional DVD Replication lines. |

SCD became the 1st CD manufacturer in Singapore to install a 6 Colour Offset Printing Machine. Additional replication lines were installed. |

SM Summit Holdings Limited (Our Parent Company) was successfully listed on the Singapore Stock Exchange. SCD moved to its own factory building at 45 Ubi Road 1 and installed an automatic mastering and stamper-making machine. |

DVD and CD-R mastering machines were installed. |
